Daniella Jaenvega’s journey is one of ambition, family, and community. Growing up in Naples, Florida, where her parents moved in pursuit of the American Dream, Daniella was introduced to Ave Maria by her mother in 2018. Captivated by its lively community ambiance, Daniella and her husband made the impulsive decision to purchase a home in Ave Maria, making it their treasured sanctuary.

Daniella’s desire to become a business owner was deeply rooted in her aspiration to chart her own course and create something that resonated with her values and passions. Most importantly, she yearned for the flexibility to prioritize her role as a dedicated mother above all else.

Her entrepreneurial journey began with her husband’s inception of Martin Fierro Restaurant in Naples over two decades ago. Building on this foundation, they co-founded Oasis The Kitchen Lounge in Ave Maria, infusing the town with innovative dining experiences. Additionally, they ventured into the dry cleaning sector, and although it faced challenges, they remain open to revisiting it when market conditions improve.

Daniella’s own entrepreneurial endeavor, MIGA Food, has emerged as a promising venture. Specializing in empanadas, MIGA Food has garnered attention for its authentic flavors and quality. Their empanadas grace the menus of local restaurants and are distributed through esteemed partners like Cheney Brothers, various cruise lines, and even the Fort Lauderdale Airport. The next milestone involves national expansion through Sysco, pending the acquisition of an SQF Certified Facility.

At OASIS The Kitchen Lounge, the focus is on creating a friendly atmosphere with tasty food and exciting events like Comedy Nights and Club Nights. The aim is to make every visit unforgettable, fostering a sense of community and hospitality.

Balancing the roles of a business owner and a mother, especially to twins, is challenging for Daniella. She is fortunate to have a strong

support system of family and friends who help out, especially during late event nights. Their assistance is invaluable and allows her to focus on both her business responsibilities and caring for her children.

As a woman business owner, maintaining a healthy work-life balance has been one of the biggest challenges Daniella has encountered. She has learned the importance of recognizing when to take a step back and prioritize self-care. To other women starting their own businesses while managing family responsibilities, Daniella’s advice is simple: if you truly desire it, go for it! Embrace the challenges as opportunities for growth and learning. Trust your instincts, stay resilient, and keep moving forward.

Daniella’s future goals for her businesses are twofold: to continue thriving and providing exceptional dining experiences, and to establish a facility for her empanada business, creating more job opportunities and contributing to the community’s economic development.

What Daniella enjoys most about living and working in Ave Maria is the sense of community. The small-town vibe fosters close-knit relationships, and the convenience of having everything nearby adds to the charm and appeal. After a busy day, Daniella finds relaxation in spending quality time with her loved ones, enjoying cozy movie nights together. These moments help her unwind and appreciate the simple joys of life amidst the busyness.

Daniella Jaenvega’s story is one of dedication, balance, and unwavering commitment to her family and community, inspiring others to pursue their dreams and find their own balance between work and family.
